Shoulder Partner Stretch

500 Single unders

Workout 1:
100 Push ups
100 Situps
100 Air Squats
(2 person team, split work and 1 person works at a time)

Workout 2:
20 minute AMRAP
Split work with your partner, 1 person works at a time
10 Back Squats ( choose weight)
10 Burpees
30 DU or 90 SU
