3×10 Back squat

Mixed Modal:

Partner workout: 1 partner works at a time, can split work however the group wants. Must complete 1st exercise before starting next one. Every 90 seconds of the workout, 1 partner does 5 burpees

start with 300 Single Unders

60,40,20,10
1. KB swings
2. Ring rows
3. Push ups
4. Jump squats

Finish with 300 Singles
