Warm up: Foam Roll

2 rounds 30 seconds each exercise with 30 seconds rest in between rounds

1. bear crawls
2. big lunges
3. front jumping jacks
4. inchworms

8 minute EMOM
6 pistol squats (3 each leg)

Strength:
15 minutes work on 2reps each time of full squat cleans

Mixed Modal:
partner workout 15 minute work period

1st partner: 1 power clean, 1 front squat, 1 dead lift
2nd partner: 2, 2, 2
1st partner: 3, 3, 3……….and so on back and forth between partners for the 15 mins
