for the 100’s 1 partner works at a time and you can split work any way you want, for the 10 burpees: everyone does those and cannot start next exercise until both are done with 10 burpees

100 lunges (2:1) add weight for RX
10 burpees
100 sit ups
10 burpees
100 ring rows
10 burpees
