Dislocators, inchworms, quad stretch, chest stretch

Sprint series: 10 mins

Workout 1:

With a partner split work, 1 partner works at a time

100 push ups
100 sit ups
100 squats

Workout 2:

7 minutes
Start with 3 reps and add 3 reps each round to both exercises until time is done
3,6,9,12…..

Clean to OH
Box jumps
