1. emom 5 wall balls, 15 DBLU
2. for time 50 wall balls, 100 DBLU
3. 10 rounds for time 5 wall balls, 15 DBLU

Strength:
Back squat
3×50%
3×60%
3×3@75% (Should not be maxing out!!!)

Mixed Modal:
1 round

5 min jump rope(any way)
1 min rest
5 min jog 1 lap, lunge 1 lap (bodyweight)
**** 5 burpees on every minute except during rest****
