Warm up: Foam Roll

Partner Stretching:
1. Wide legs
2. Hamstrings
3. Chest
4. Groin

3×10 squat Therapy
2×2 min wall sits (50% bodyweight)

WOD 1
5 rounds for total burpee count
1 min work 30 sec rest
5 KB swings
5 sit ups
Unlimited burpee plate jump until minute ends

WOD 2
Partner WOD
3 rounds for time
10 sprints ( each partner does these, partner A runs 10, then partner B runs 10..then begin work)
30 ring rows (split work as see fit 1 partner works at a time)
30 push ups (split work as see fit 1 partner works at a time)
